Any offer of employment made towards an applicant from Tiny Toddlers Childcare will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All fees are due upon offer of employment towards an applicant. In order to qualify for the refund policy, payment must be received within 7 days of the invoice date.

Use of all nannies on the registrar £10 per month or £110 per year. Any babysitting will be organised through Tiny Toddlers Childcare. The client is responsible for payment of each babysitter for a minimum of 3 hours.

A nannies share fee will be calculated as above with each family paying a percentage according the number of days required with each family.

Tiny Toddlers Childcare Ltd have a six week probationary period to establish a good working relationship. In the event that the employment should prove unsatisfactory a replacement will be offered. If there is no replacement available a refund will be offered on a pro-rata basis as follows:

• 1-2 weeks- 75%
• 3-4 weeks- 50%
• 5-6 weeks- 25%

Tiny Toddlers Childcare should be informed before speaking with an applicant if you wish to terminate employment.

The refund policy will only apply if:

• Payment is received in full and on time
• A completed and signed registration form has been completed
• The job description has not changed
• The candidate has not been mistreated in any way
• Tiny Toddlers Childcare have been informed in writing within 7 days

Temporary applicants will be considered permanent after a period of 3 months. After this time the appropriate fee will be charged less any fee already received by Tiny Toddlers Childcare.

All details held for a family or applicant are in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998. Details will not be passed onto; or sold to any third party company.

Any details given to Tiny Toddlers Childcare will be kept strictly confidential and only used solely for the purpose of finding a suitable applicant for a client and vice versa.

All clients agree to keep applicant information confidential. In the event this information is passed on to a third party resulting in employment of the applicant, an appropriate fee will be charged.

Tiny Toddlers Childcare are an introductory agency and therefore accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury resulting from such introduction.

Tiny Toddlers Childcare check certificates, qualifications, CRB disclosures and references upon verification. It is recommended the client also checks during interview.

Tiny Toddlers Childcare relies on information provided by the applicant; although every care is taken during verification, Tiny Toddlers Childcare does not accept any responsibility for its accuracy.
